BILLERICA, Mass., July 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Science and Engineering, Inc., ("AS&E") (Nasdaq:ASEI) a leading worldwide supplier of innovative X-ray detection solutions, announced that it has reached a settlement with Rapiscan Systems, a division of OSI Systems, Inc., regarding Patent Interference No. 105,890 before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
