NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) hit a new 52-week high Monday as it is currently trading at $104.23, above its previous 52-week high of $104.20 with 1.3 million shares traded as of 10:45 a.m. ET. Average volume has been five million shares over the past 30 days.

Boeing has a market cap of $78.06 billion and is part of the industrial goods sector and aerospace/defense industry. Shares are up 38.3% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday.
