Dell, Tesla, Zynga: Tech Pre-Market

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Dell ( DELL) shares gained 2.76% to reach $13.39 in pre-market trading after Institutional Shareholder Services endorsed Michael Dell's $13.65 per share offer for the PC maker.

The Round Rock, Texas-based firm was also the most active pre-market Nasdaq stock on share volume of 9,890,699.

Tesla ( TSLA) was another winner, rising 1.09% to $121.4. The electric car maker, which is ramping up its international expansion, was another active pre-market stock on share volume of 115,666.

Shares of social gamer Zynga ( ZNGA) crept up 0.29% to $3.44 while its partner Facebook ( FB) climbed 0.66% to $24.53 before market open.

ARM Holdings ( ARMH) gained 1.33% to $38.55 while rival Intel ( INTC) slipped 0.71% to $23.89.
