NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) hit a new 52-week high Friday as it is currently trading at $197, above its previous 52-week high of $196.99 with 178,112 shares traded as of 12 p.m. ET. Average volume has been 533,200 shares over the past 30 days.

VF has a market cap of $21.2 billion and is part of the consumer goods sector and consumer non-durables industry. Shares are up 28.4% year to date as of the close of trading on Wednesday.
