FelCor Agrees To Sell Sheraton Suites Atlanta

FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) today announced that it has agreed to sell the 277-room Sheraton Suites Galleria - Atlanta for $21 million. The purchaser has paid an $840,000 non-refundable deposit toward the purchase price. FelCor expects the sale to close in July and to use all of the proceeds to repay outstanding debt.
