Copart, Inc. provides online auctions and vehicle remarketing services in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The company offers various services to process and sell vehicles over the Internet through its Virtual Bidding Second Generation Internet auction-style sales technology. Copart has a market cap of $3.9 billion and is part of the services sector. The company has a P/E ratio of 22.0, above the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are up 5.9% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday. Currently there are no analysts that rate Copart a buy, 1 analyst rates it a sell, and 8 rate it a hold.

The company's strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its revenue growth, largely solid financial position with reasonable debt levels by most measures, solid stock price performance, good cash flow from operations and expanding profit margins. Although no company is perfect, currently we do not see any significant weaknesses which are likely to detract from the generally positive outlook.
