SS&C Appoints Timothy Reilly Senior Vice President, Institutional Outsourcing

WINDSOR, Conn., June 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced it has appointed Timothy Reilly as senior vice president of institutional outsourcing for its Institutional Services division. Mr. Reilly will leverage his extensive technology and financial experience to oversee SS&C's institutional outsourcing division and lead efforts to enhance its presence in the insurance and asset management markets. This includes 19 years as assurance partner at leading international accounting firm, PwC.

Institutional outsourcing is an integral part of SS&C's Software-Enabled-Services (SES) offerings which have over US$1.6 trillion in assets residing in over 7,000 funds worldwide.
