Sterling Financial Corporation Declares Special Dividend

Sterling Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:STSA) (“Sterling”) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the declaration of a special dividend of $0.35 per common share. The special dividend is payable on July 12, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2013.
