Mr. Mamanteo will serve until the company's Annual Meeting in January 2014, at which time he will be subject to election by the shareholders. Currently, Mr. Mamanteo is a Portfolio Manager at Wynnefield Capital, Inc., a private investment management firm. He is also a Director of MAM Software Group, Inc.
