The Receptionist Console, a web-based application for highly efficient management of incoming phone calls, is the latest feature of Cbeyond's TotalCloud Phone System which offers essential business phone services without the usual capital and maintenance costs of owning an on-premise phone system.

The application, designed for use by busy front-office professionals, enables multi-tasking and helps businesses better serve customers.
