On the negative front, China HGS Real Estate ( HGSH), down 20.7%, Roberts Realty Investors ( RPI), down 8.1%, JAVELIN Mortgage Investment ( JMI), down 6.6% and CYS Investments ( CYS), down 5.7% , were all laggards within the real estate industry with Annaly Capital Management ( NLY) being today's real estate industry laggard.
