NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Avis Budget Group (Nasdaq: CAR) hit a new 52-week high Tuesday as it is currently trading at $31.16, above its previous 52-week high of $31.15 with 638,668 shares traded as of 2:10 p.m. ET. Average volume has been two million shares over the past 30 days.

Avis Budget Group has a market cap of $3.33 billion and is part of the services sector and diversified services industry. Shares are up 56.1% year to date as of the close of trading on Monday.
