About RewardBoard:

RewardBoard is the result of a 48 hour global rapid prototyping competition put on by Foursquare. The RewardBoard team are members of Cowork MYR, a shared coworking space that hosts a group of creatives from various backgrounds and skill sets. Using a variety of Open Source Software and Hardware, including components from Adafruit Industries and the Ruby on Rails framework, RewardBoard allows venues to reward their customers with coupons. The venue controls the coupon value, who is eligible to receive them and how often via a web site. Additionally, check-ins and a top 10 list appear on an in-venue display.
