Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation Announces Results For First Quarter 2013

TORONTO, April 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (TSX:AI) is pleased to announce its results for the first quarter of 2013.

Results of operations

During the three months ended March 31, 2013, Atrium had revenues of $5.1 million (an increase of 24% from $4.1 million in the same period in the prior year), and expenses of $0.9 million (an increase of 20% from the prior year). Dividends declared aggregated $4.2 million for the three months ended March 31, 2013, an increase of 34.4% from the same period in the previous year. Total assets as at March 31, 2013 were $224.7 million, compared to $185.7 million at March 31, 2012.
