OMAHA, Neb., April 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq:GPRE) will hold a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2013 financial results on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
