The 5-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately R$7.0 million ($3.5 million). Trump Towers Rio will be a complex of five AAA 150-meter-high skyscrapers, each with 38 floors, and will have a total built-up area including commercial and underground space of about 450,000 square meters (4.8 million square feet).
