(Nasdaq:CLBH) announced today that it has completed the repurchase of a warrant issued to the United States Department of the Treasury (U.S. Treasury) in 2009. The warrant provided the right to purchase 357,675 shares of common stock at a price of $6.71 per share. Carolina Bank Holdings, Inc. and the U.S. Treasury agreed upon a repurchase price of $1.8 million for the warrant. The U.S. Treasury does not have any residual interest in Carolina Bank Holdings, Inc. after the repurchase of the warrant. Robert T.
