According to the ETF Finder at ETF Channel, CHTR makes up 3.17% of the Dynamic Media Portfolio ETF (PBS) which is higher by about 2.1% on the day Wednesday.
In afternoon trading Wednesday, CHTR was off about 0.2% on the day.
