(MHA), a leading health care service company focused on the alternate site health care provider marketplace, announced the completion of its sixth annual Independent Long Term Care Member Study, the results of which were released at the 2013 MHA Business Summit, February 28, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This study was first introduced in 2008 to provide MHA members and other industry stakeholders with additional insight into the operations of independent long term care pharmacies nationwide. The 2013 report findings include data from over 1,000 nationwide participants, 140M prescriptions and 2.7 M patient profiles across a multitude of residential settings.
