Prior to HGST, Rohde was Senior Vice President Human Resources & Chief Talent Officer for Sun Microsystems, Inc. During her 13-year tenure at Sun, Rohde designed and implemented competitive, integrated talent systems and supported multiple acquisitions. Rohde has an MBA from the Haas Business School at University of California at Berkeley and a BA in English from the University of California at Irvine.
