The Company intends to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 Common Shares at the public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The Common Shares will be offered pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2010.
