The stroller has an aluminum and plastic frame with rubberized wheels, a removable seat and bassinet, a removable "U''-shaped carry handle, an under-the-seat storage bag and a sun canopy. Strollers included have serial numbers from 19010 11153 00001 to 19010 51248 00215. They were sold from Sept. 2012 to March 2013. WHY: The stroller's carrying handle can break and detach, thus posing a fall hazard. The removable carry handle is used to transport the bassinet or seat separately from the chassis. INCIDENTS: 16 reports of carry handles breaking. No injuries have been reported. HOW MANY: About 9,200 in the U.S. and 960 in Canada. The toy instruments are about the size of small eggs and have a "Basic Beat" label printed on the front of the product. The toy instruments have Lot Number 0E0212 located on the bottom of the roundest part of the egg. They were sold from July 2012 through Oct. 2012. WHY: The outer "end cap" that is glued onto the top, smallest part of the egg can come off, posing a small part choking or aspiration hazard. They were sold at JCPenney.com and the JCPenney catalog from Jan. 1998 through Dec. 2008. Drop-side incidents can also occur due to incorrect assembly and with age-related wear and tear. INCIDENTS: Three incidents involving drop side rails that malfunctioned or detached. The FAP00-RS model was sold from Nov. 2008 through Jan. 2013, and the FAP00-L model was sold from Oct. 2012 through Jan. 2013, both for about $60. WHY: The ion generator in the air purifiers can overheat, posing a fire hazard. The word "babyhome" is printed on one leg of the chair and the word "eat" is printed on the opposite leg of the chair. The high chairs have a nylon fabric seat with a plastic tray and metal frame. There is a printed white "babyhome" logo shaped like a backwards letter "h'' on the seatback. The recalled high chairs have lot numbers: BH00301/01-2012, BH00303/07-2012, BH00304/09-2012 and BH00304/09-2012. The lot numbers are located on a sticker affixed to the bottom of the footrest. They were sold from March 2012 through Feb. 2013. WHY: The front opening between the tray and seat bottom of the high chair can allow a child's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck. This poses a strangulation hazard to young children when the child is not harnessed.
