The quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share will be paid on April 26, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 12, 2013. “We are pleased with the Board’s decision to increase our quarterly cash dividend and believe this reflects our expectations for continued generation of free cash-flow and aligns with our goal of enhancing total return to our shareholders,” stated Cliff Sifford, Shoe Carnival’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
