The Company plans to conduct a series of shareholder briefings in relation to the non renounceable offer in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth on the following dates:
Sydney:         3.00pm (AEST) Wednesday 3 April 2013
Melbourne: 3.00pm (AEST) Friday 5 April 2013
Perth: 3.00pm (AWST) Monday 8 April 2013
