Exterran Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EXLP) (“Exterran Partners”) today announced that it has increased the size of its previously announced private offering of senior notes due 2021 to $350 million from $300 million. The new senior notes carry a coupon interest rate of 6% and are being sold at 98.439% of par, which equates to an effective yield to maturity of 6.25%. Exterran Partners intends to use all of the net proceeds of this offering to repay borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility. The offering is expected to close on March 27, 2013, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), or any state securities laws, and unless so registered, the notes may not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
