Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. Declares First Quarter Dividend

The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ Global Select ®; symbol: WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. This represents a one cent increase over the dividend paid last quarter and is the Corporation’s third dividend increase in the past year. The dividend will be paid on April 12, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2013.
