As a native app that resides on Apple's App Store and Google Play, we have created an easy and affordable solution by which companies can directly engage and communicate with investors and other interested individuals who have made a conscious decision to download their IR app. He continued, "Through Version 4.0, investors can now download content for viewing or listening when they have no Internet access. This is not possible with basic mobile websites. With the new functionality, both the buy- and sell-side now have greater flexibility to consume important and proprietary company content including conference calls, presentations and videos when they are traveling. Analysts who cover multiple companies can download each company's conference call which presently only is available through the desktop. They can listen to the calls in the air, while driving or when they have free time away from the office."
