Brown Shoe Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Brown Shoe Company, Inc. (NYSE: BWS) ( brownshoe.com) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, payable April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 25, 2013.

This dividend will be the 361 st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company.
