DATE CHANGE: TravelCenters Of America LLC Fourth Quarter Conference Call Scheduled For Monday, March 18th

TravelCenters of America LLC (NYSE MKT: TA) today announced that its fourth quarter and year end 2012 earnings release and conference call has been moved to Monday, March 18, 2013. The previously announced conference call date was Thursday, March 14, 2013.

On the morning of March 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, TA management plans to host a conference call to review the fourth quarter and year end results and to take questions. TA plans to issue a press release containing its fourth quarter and year end 2012 financial results before the NYSE MKT opens for trading on March 18, 2013.

The conference call telephone number is (800) 553‐0288. Participants calling from outside the United States and Canada should dial (612) 332‐0530. No pass code is necessary to access the call from either number. Participants should dial in about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call. A replay of the conference call will be available until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, March 25, 2013. To hear the replay, dial (320) 365-3844. The replay pass code is 286314.

A live audio webcast of the conference call will also be available in a listen-only mode on the company's web site, which is located at www.ta-petro.com. Participants who want to access the webcast should visit the company's web site about five minutes before the call.
