Yandex, Velti, Ericsson: Tech Premarket

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Shares of Yandex ( YNDX), which tumbled 7.99% during Tuesday's trading, gained 1% to $23.26 before market open.

The Russian Internet specialist on Tuesday announced the pricing of a secondary offering. The shares are being sold by investors BC&B Holdings B.V, Belka Holdings Limited, Ilya Segalovich and Emerald Trust.

Yandex was also one of the most active premarket Nasdaq stocks on share volume of 922,638.

Mobile marketing company Velti ( VELT), however, slumped 29.9% to $2.18 following the firm's fourth-quarter results and weaker-than-expected guidance.

Velti was another active Nasdaq stock on share volume of 390,638.

Ericsson ( ERIC) shares rose 0.39% to $12.99 on share volume of 1,755,279.

Shares of BlackBerry ( BBRY), which will soon start selling its Z10 phone, dipped 1.87% to $14.20 on share volume of 284,392.

Zynga ( ZNGA) was up 1.07% to $3.77, while HP ( HPQ) was down 0.23% to $21.35.
