Duke Stock Hits New 52-Week High (DRE)

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) hit a new 52-week high Friday as it is currently trading at $16.51, above its previous 52-week high of $16.50 with 1.3 million shares traded as of 12:50 p.m. ET. Average volume has been four million shares over the past 30 days.

Duke has a market cap of $5.29 billion and is part of the financial sector and real estate industry. Shares are up 18% year to date as of the close of trading on Thursday.

Duke Realty Corporation operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT) in the United States. It offers leasing, property and asset management, development, construction, build-to-suit, and other tenant-related services.
