Bellatrix Exploration ( BXE) coverage was initiated as sell at TheStreet Ratings.

Continental Resources ( CLR) was upgraded to overweight from neutral, said JPMorgan. The call was based on above average production growth, upcoming catalysts, and valuation, said JPMorgan.

CenturyLink ( CTL) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Fly Leasing ( FLY) was upgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Finisar ( FSNR) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Global Power Equipment Group ( GLPW) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Vail Resorts ( MTN) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Navistar ( NAV) was upgraded to overweight from neutral and added to the Analyst Focus List, said JPMorgan. The company reported improved operating performance and liquidity. The risk/reward is clearly to the upside now, said JPMorgan.

Orbit International ( ORBT) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Pacira Pharmaceuticals ( PCRX) was upgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

QAD ( QADA) was downgraded to sell at TheStreet Ratings.

Rouse Properties ( RSE) coverage was initiated as sell at TheStreet Ratings.

TransAct Technologies ( TACT) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Tiffany ( TIF) was downgraded to sell, said Canaccord. The fundamentals do not support the stock's current valuation, said Canaccord. Price target reduced to $52.

Mac-Gray ( TUC) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

US Concrete ( USCR) was upgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

STOCK COMMENTS/EPS CHANGES

Pandora ( P) estimates were increased after reporting earnings, said JPMorgan. The company's FY14 outlook was better than expected as monetization and profitability should improve, said JPMorgan. Price target increases to $17.

Proctor & Gamble ( PG) earnings estimates were reduced, said JPMorgan. The company should show improved performance, but organic top line has yet to accelerate, said JPMorgan.

Texas Instruments ( TXN) estimates were increased after the company raised its midpoint of guidance, said JPMorgan. Bookings remain strong and backlog has improved, said JPMorgan. Price target is now $37.

Workday ( WDAY) price target was increased to $70, said Canaccord. The company reported a better than expected fourth quarter and provided revenue guidance ahead of consensus for FY2013, said Canaccord.
