Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that it has been awarded a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract by Qatar Petroleum (QP) and Shell Global Solutions for a proposed grassroots petrochemical project located in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar.
