Increased Cash DistributionsAs announced on January 24, 2013, the board of directors of Mid-Con Energy's general partner declared its second consecutive increase in the quarterly cash distribution rate to $0.495 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. This represented an approximate 4% increase over the $0.475 per unit initial distribution rate declared at the Partnership's initial public offering in December 2011. The quarterly distribution was paid February 14, 2013 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on February 7, 2013.
