AmTrust Financial Announces 40% Increase To Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, March 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFSI) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 40% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.14 per share of common stock from $0.10 per share per common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2013.
