(NYSE: AIG) today announced that the reference yield, based on the bid-side price of the 2.75% U.S. Treasury Bonds due November 15, 2042 as displayed today on Bloomberg Page PX1 at 2:00 p.m., New York City time, for its previously announced modified “Dutch Auction” cash tender offers pursuant to its offer to purchase dated February 19, 2013 (the “Offer to Purchase”) for the securities set forth below (the “Dollar Securities”) is 3.096%. The complete terms of the tender offers are set forth in the Offer to Purchase, including certain capitalized terms used but not defined herein, and, as applicable, the related letter of transmittal (the “Letter of Transmittal”). The reference yield will be used to determine the consideration paid for each series of Dollar Securities that are accepted for purchase after expiration of the tender offers.
