The announcement was made at the HIMSS 2013 conference being held at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This technology collaboration will establish an open ecosystem of digital health apps and third-party devices across various disease categories and lifestyle interests where consumers and physicians can select solutions that suit their preferences and healthcare needs. Qualcomm Life Launches 2net Ecosystem Initiatives In addition to the WebMD collaboration, Qualcomm Life is further enabling innovation and customization of mobile health applications and services by announcing limited availability of the Beta version of the 2net Hub Application Programming Interface (API) and Software Development Kit (SDK), as well as ensuring a robust connectivity experience across the 2net Ecosystem with the launch of its Technology Certification Program. The 2net Hub API and SDK Beta, available by the end of March, will enable existing and new 2net Ecosystem partners to develop custom health care device connectivity for inclusion in the 2net Hub device library.
