The new executives are charged with applying best practices and innovative approaches to upholding the company's industry authority with a strong focus on continued growth, driving sales and building brand awareness. Carl Warschausky assumed the role of president and chief executive officer January 1, 2013. In his role, Warschausky will continue to protect the company's leadership by growing its brands with product innovation and providing solid solutions that address consumer needs.
