FreightCar America, Inc. Announces Resignation Of Thomas M. Fitzpatrick From Its Board Of Directors

FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIL) today announced that Thomas M. Fitzpatrick resigned from its Board of Directors, effective February 25, 2013, to pursue other activities. As a result of Mr. Fitzpatrick’s departure, the number of directors on the Board will be reduced to seven.

William D. Gehl, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated, “On behalf of the management team and the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Tom for his service to FreightCar America over the past seven years as a director and as Chairman.
