VORNADO REALTY TRUST (NYSE:VNO) announced today that it has completed a $390 million financing of its retail condominium located at 666 Fifth Avenue at 53rd Street, which it acquired in December 2012. The 10-year loan is interest-only at 3.61%. The net proceeds from the financing were approximately $387 million. Vornado Realty Trust is a fully integrated equity real estate investment trust.
