Interested non-profits can apply online at www.thechtgroup.com/comm4cause using the submission form to explain the organization's work and mission and how it would benefit from a year of free public and media relations from the Boston-based agency. "Each year our agency selects several non-profit organizations to work with on a pro-bono basis," said Marlin Collingwood, President of The CHT Group. "There are so many amazing charitable organizations that we've never heard of that are deserving of our pro bono work; so this year, we decided to look beyond our usual list and give an opportunity for any worthy organization to have a chance at a year-long public relations campaign to spread its message far and wide." The winner of the contest will be chosen by a panel of three independent judges that will evaluate each entry based on need, the organization's mission, and the creativity of the submission. The expert judges include: Ted Chaloner, CEO of Chaloner and Associates; Jo O'Connor, Associate Professor of Public Relations at Boston University; and Rich Nagle, longtime Boston PR executive and entrepreneur.
