MediSwipe will provide at least 5,000 new digital record cards for patients in conjunction with three MediPay kiosks to Michigan based dispensaries. Patients will have their medical records scanned to an encrypted patient card, and use the cards for record keeping of transactions,, with the MediPay kiosks providing alternative forms of cash payments. MediSwipe shall receive monthly digital record storage fees similar to a virtual medical dropbox and patient portal application, as well as transaction fees similar to an ATM designed specifically around healthcare transactions
