MoneyGram International (NYSE:MGI), a leading global money transfer company, today announced that Peter E. Ohser has been promoted to senior vice president, U.S. and Canada, and Grant Lines has joined MoneyGram as senior vice president, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Lines’ previous responsibilities follow a 20-year tenure at First Data Corporation, where he held a variety of positions throughout Asia Pacific, most recently as managing director of Australia and New Zealand. Lines is based in Sydney and also will spend time in the Company’s Dubai, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Shanghai offices.
