Rodriguez to Clinical Outreach Director. "I have watched Zina grow so much over the last three years," said Matthew Wolf, Vice President of Business Operations. "She has been an important member of the Seabrook House family and her promotion is well deserved." Rodriguez joined Seabrook House as a Clinical Outreach Representative working with treatment providers and families to develop appropriate continuum plans of care for those in need of substance abuse treatment. According to Wolf, "In her tenure, Zina has been successful in developing relationships with major hospitals, outpatient treatment centers, interventionists and private practice clinicians to increase referrals to the organization. As Clinical Outreach Director, Rodriguez will work to increase our business development efforts and expansion of services." Wolf noted that in her new role, Rodriguez will oversee the expansion of the clinical outreach team and develop a strategic marketing plan for the region. Rodriguez stated that she is a licensed social worker in the State of New Jersey, earned her Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in administration from Fordham University and has recently been appointed as an adjunct professor for Rutgers University School of Social Work. Rodriguez also added that her passion for advocacy issues led her to join NCADD-NJ as an Advocacy Leader to advocate on behalf of those affected by drug and alcohol addiction and their families. She is also is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and serves on several committees for the NJ Chapter.
