NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Jan. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- By order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Tiger Group's Remarketing Services division is liquidating computers, servers, video and audio equipment, furniture and other former assets from the executive offices of The Tuesday Group Inc., a nationally known web-design and app-development firm. Bidding is now underway at www.SoldTiger.com and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on Jan. 29, beginning at 10:30 a.m. PT. Separately, pending court approval, Tiger will be accepting sealed bids for The Tuesday Group's valuable intellectual property. This offering includes Tuesday.com and over 40 other Internet domain names, as well as Kandoobi, a highly-rated children's iPhone and iPad app. Available for download from the Apple App Store in both English and Spanish versions, Kandoobi features coloring, character matching and simple spelling activities designed for children ages 18 months to five years old and stars more than 100 animal, bug and reptile characters. Since 2002, Tuesday Group has developed web sites, intranets, extranets and mobile apps for big-name clients such as Cisco Systems, ABC, Disney and DirecTV, to name a few. "In support of this work, the firm employed a wide range of powerful computers—including Apple MacBooks and Minis—as well as networking and server equipment, top-of-the-line printers and scanners, and other valuable tools of the trade," noted Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger Remarketing Services. "These lots from Tuesday Group's executive offices represent an extraordinary value for animators, web designers, app-developers and other technology-oriented buyers. Meanwhile, the company's stylish, contemporary furniture and furnishings clearly have broad appeal to business owners everywhere." The preview will be Mon., Jan. 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 5200 Lankershim Blvd., No. 800, North Hollywood, CA 91601.
