The dividend is payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of February 1, 2013. This is the 70 th dividend increase since Realty Income went public in 1994. The new dividend amount represents an annualized increase of $0.35 per share, or 19.2%, to $2.171 per share, as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of $1.821 per share.
