Such motions were filed by Nobel in response to the Company's proceedings for patent infringement undertaken against Nobel in the summer of 2012 as described in the Company's Management Discussion and Analysis for the six-month period ended August 31, 2012. The details of the judgment have not yet been received but, based on our attorneys' preliminary input, it is likely that the Company will be appealing this decision in due course.
