SunCoke Energy, Inc. (NYSE:SXC) (SunCoke) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the Partnership) and SunCoke Energy Partners Finance Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Partnership (the co-issuer), have priced an offer to sell $150 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior unsecured notes due 2020 (the notes) in a private placement to eligible purchasers. The notes offering is expected to close on or about January 24, 2013 in connection with the closing of the Partnership’s initial public offering of common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership. Each of the Partnership’s existing subsidiaries (other than the co-issuer) and certain future subsidiaries will guarantee the notes.
