Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) today announced that Justin Smart has been promoted to executive vice president, Development and Construction Services.

Smart, a 12-year veteran of the real estate investment trust, is the senior officer responsible for construction for Kilroy Realty’s rapidly growing development and redevelopment programs as well as the company’s tenant improvement and general capital expenditure projects.
