(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: JOEZ) announced today that it expects consolidated net sales for its fourth quarter ended November 30, 2012 to be between $30.9 million and $32.2 million, resulting in net sales of approximately $115.8 million to $117.1 million for the full fiscal year ended November 30, 2012. Of this amount, the Company expects fourth quarter net sales from its wholesale segment to be between $24.5 million and $25.5 million and retail sales to be between $6.4 million and $6.7 million. The Company is currently completing its financial statement close process for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2012 in connection with the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before February 28, 2013 and will provide more information on its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2012 on its conference call in connection with the filing.
